Job Requisition ID #23WD73656We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join the Customer Technical Success (CTS) Content Strategy team. The role is to design, coordinate and deliver training, coaching, and onboarding plans that enable all knowledge contributors who are sharing their technical expertise through the Knowledge-Centered Services (KCS) practice to produce effective, engaging, quality content that supports our customers in their adoption of our solutions.Ensuring customers and internal stakeholders can easily gain technical expertise on the use of Autodesk's platform is becoming ever more important to how the business is operating, and is one of the strategic goals for the coming years. We are looking for someone who will be at the forefront to drive continuous improvement and learning throughout this community of practice. You will report to the Sr. Manager, CTS Content Strategy and work from the Bangalore office in a hybrid workplace model.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer focused, with excellent communication and project management skills. You are accountable and can look past symptoms to determine root cause, make sense of sometimes complex data and use insights from these and your close collaboration with stakeholders to produce effective enablement material that favors continuous improvement of the KCS practice and its community. As a KCS Practice Adoption Specialist, you will:  Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that provide ongoing guidance and education of the KCS contributors to create quality technical content for our customers based on KCS principles, Autodesk style guide, and methodologies Provide tailored guidance and constructive feedback that address specific knowledge gaps to foster continuous improvements with KCS Contributors  Coordinate the onboarding of new contributors into the KCS community Monitor training effectiveness, KCS coaches’ capacity , and support content quality, and adjust as necessary Contribute to KCS Program promotion, communication, and continuous evolution Minimum Qualifications:In-depth knowledge and understanding of the KCS methodology, including its principles, processes, and best practices. Experience in coaching and training individuals or teams. This involves the ability to provide effective & constructive feedback, motivate learners, and facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of KCS practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and generate clear and concise documentation.  Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Able to analyze data, learn from stakeholder feedback of stakeholders, and understand challenges to identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvementA mindset of continuous learning and improvement mindset, staying up-to-dateup to date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a customer experience role Fluent English, any other language is a plus Bachelor degree    About Autodesk  With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
