Job Requisition ID #23WD73591Position OverviewA Change Management Lead plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful planning, execution, and adoption of significant changes and/or transformations within an organization. This role will be responsible for driving key change initiatives, ensuring that internal employees and stakeholders are effectively prepared and engaged for implementation and adoption. You will work closely with project teams, management at all levels and various stakeholders to drive change.The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and/or project management. This candidate will have demonstrated strong leadership, effective communication skills and the ability develop and execute change strategies following Prosci and Kotter Methodologies.ResponsibilitiesChange Management Plans & Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute comprehensive change management plans that drive adoption and align with the organizations objectivesConduct change management and impact assessmentsDevelopment and tracking of change success metricsResponsible for monitoring and reporting on effectiveness throughout change processStakeholder EngagementDevelop tailored communications and engagement plans with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their understanding, buy-in and support through the change processEstablish clear and transparent communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about change management process, outcomes and risksRisk ManagementIdentify risks, anticipate and manage resistance, develop risk mitigation plansCommunicationsResponsible for communicating change concepts and abstract concepts to a variety of audiencesCreate strong and transparent paths of feedback with business partners, project teamsTraining & EnablementDevelop training and enablement plans that ensure individuals and teams are prepared to navigate and embrace change for successful adoptionIdentify key areas of skills, outcomes and behavioral changes and best ways to deliver changeCoach & LeadershipLead and coach key stakeholders in change management process and strategyCollaborate with business partners to drive change management best practicesFoster strong and healthy working relationships with project teams, their sponsors, stakeholders and managers at all levelsMinimum QualificationsYou have a bachelor’s in business administration or related fieldYou have 5+ years in change management or similar experienceExperience in Project ManagementDemonstrated experience in successful development and execution of change management strategiesExcellent active listening skillsExperience with large scale change initiativesDemonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrate pragmatic thinking with a strong understanding of change management best practicesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing prioritiesHave a high attention to detail and self starterAbility to work independently and manage ambiguityExperience in Microsoft office and project management toolsYou are able to travel (less than 30%)Preferred QualificationsYou have a Prosci Change Management CertificationProficiency in Kotter’s 8 Steps to Change ManagementExperience in Customer Success#LI-EL1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
