NVIDIA is seeking an experienced technical software program manager to lead the development and execution of the GPU cloud infrastructure that is hosting cloud gaming and other Generative AI platforms. GeForce NOW is NVIDIA's Cloud Gaming service streaming games at the highest quality to any and every user regardless of their device types and capabilities – low-end PCs, Macs, or mobile devices. We are looking for an experienced program management leader to help us define, build, and launch the next generation Platform for Cloud Gaming. In this role, you'll join the Nvidia GPU cloud infrastructure team whose focus is on building the platform to deliver the most efficient cloud software solution for cloud infrastructure. Within an engineering team, this role encompasses work across user understanding, gathering engineering requirements and establishing product development processes. So, this role will work closely with software development engineers, hardware engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to connect the dots, define processes, run schedules.What you will be doing:Drive technical programs from requirements through launch, including running complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running efficiently.Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and ODM Program Management teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.As the focal point, schedule and lead status meetings, handle communication of progress/status within/across engineering teams.Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.What we need to see:Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 10+ years of experience developing and leading complex software projects.Consistent track record of being well organized, having excellent listening skills and being detail oriented; in an environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.Ability to think long term and to build consensus to make programs successful.Experience working with software and hardware Platforms.Proficient experience with JIRA, and use by development teams to plan / implement execution, as well as representing program status to stakeholders using various dashboards, burndown charts, and plugins such as JIRA Portfolio.Proven track record of being well organized, excellent listening skills, and being detail-oriented; in an environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience with System Software, Gaming or Data CentersExperience with Agile tools and processes.PMP Certification/training and/or MBA from leading school.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
