Team and Role The EMEA Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Team is responsible for financial planning and business control for EMEA region specific projects, initiatives, and costs. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our FP&A Team in various strategic initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, while contributing to the launch of two exciting projects in new markets. The role gives full P&L, capex and post-acquisition M&A exposure, and cross functional visibility to other functions at Equinix. Assignments and Responsibilities: Supporting the team with tasks related to setting up operations in a new market,( the integration of an acquired business and other ad hoc tasks)Preparing reports and presentations for the purpose of cost and revenue analysis and strategic decision making. Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications): Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies – finance & accounting, economics, business administration students being preferred. (Graduation between December 2024-September 2025). Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system) . Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English . Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others. Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn new tools.
