Develop and track infrastructure project plans.ResponsibilitiesCreate and be responsible for the master milestone schedule, keep deliverables on track, handle dependencies and escalationsUnderstand and determine critical metrics and success criteria with the impacted functional areasCultivate relationships in a matrix organization while collaborating with cross-functional team members to drive the execution of program tasks and deliverables. This is including, but not limited to, consulting with partners on program requirements, proactively seeking feedback to improve partner satisfaction with schedules, delivery and qualityCommunicate with a broader group of stakeholders beyond the program team via standard communication tools and templates (e.g. in-person, emails, status reports)Create, assess and maintain a list of program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependenciesKnow when and how to escalate to resolve complex issues.
