We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job Summary This position will be a key part of the Digital Services team and work closely on complex global programs in large multinational org with sales, marketing, strategy, operations, and product owners from our BU teams to ensure implementation of key processes mechanisms and tools meet the needs of our internal GTM transformation.  As a PMO you will be responsible for managing process optimization strategies owned and operated by the Cloud Sales team as well as working collaboratively cross-functionally with key stakeholders. Acting as part of a cross-functional team including Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy, Partners, Product, Engineering, IT and Finance, you drive programs that support key corporate initiatives that accelerate the growth of the cloud business. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization while exercising confidentiality with varying audiences. ResponsibilitiesStrong judgment & ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority or key to successThis role will report directly to the SVP, Digital Services Sales working to orchestrate and drive transformation initiatives and programs within the team and cross-functionally with teams across the enterprise  The tasks this individual is responsible for are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approachesStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and presentation skills with a solid understanding of how sellers think, the motivations that drive them and how they interact with the customer and internal teamsYou will be involved in a broad range of activities, from strategic to tactical and will be responsible for creating the operating cadence for the staff group and driving the cross-functional collaboration processLeading specific projects that require cross-functional collaboration, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to proactively develop strategy and execute initiativesPartner with stakeholders in the sales marketing and global services organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales programs with the SVP, Strategy Dir, CoS and cross-functionally with external parties Establish right-size solution and program governance framework for Digital Services Sales Strategy Execution Manage the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives including identification of business process gaps, impact assessment, and recommendationsWork closely with extended leadership team to identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve organizational health as indicated by internal survey results and other key organizational health metricsPlanning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple assignments and projects.
