Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Business Analyst for our Sales Support Operations team in AMR Operations. The Business Analyst plays a meaningful role in ensuring operational success for the organization. The Business Analyst role requires an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent analytical capability, expert data visualization and report building experience, strong leadership, and great communication and collaboration skills. It will involve significant technical expertise with internal tools, interaction with internal departments and cross functional teams, and a high level of ambiguity. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Self-starter with outstanding analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience with data preparation and visualization. Strong business savvy and collaboration skills, ability to use data to influence and tell a story. Problem solves to manage ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business processes and details. Prioritizes workload, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meets deadlines for a variety of deliverables. Recognize patterns and root cause/sub-root cause analysis and provide recommendations on how to improve. Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team. Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to tailor the communications to the audience. A successful candidate will have +5 years of Operations experience. Description Description This role will suit a candidate with a strong operations background who has a demonstrated analytical ability within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. The individual will be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive efficiency and process improvement. This person will partner both internally and cross-functionally to develop insights into existing processes and business problems to develop a path forward. Analyze strategic data for gaps in execution and process. Create, validate, and maintain reporting to strengthen our management system. Present executive summaries of key data, metrics and improvement plans to management and cross-functional partners. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor degree in Business, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent experience in Operations/Supply Chain. MBA, Masters Degree is a plus.
