We’re looking for a Print Services Manager – a dynamic manager who will lead a team responsible for our global Print Services. This role will be within the Real Estate and Development team and will engage with business partners to manage Print Services globally at Apple. This includes everything from procuring the printers, scheduling the installs with the print vendor and managing the printers for the term of the lease. In this role you will be required to: - Define and implement standard operating procedures for moves, new printer, remove, and retire requests and the supporting processes around the requests. Continue to update as processes change over time. - Ensure all printers are complainant with Apple’s Information Security requirements. - Plan and review all Print Services move requests for the regions to ensure projects are tracking to First Day of Business. - Maintain and develop reports for leadership on use, cost and metrics. - Warehouse management: Manage FIFO printer and toner inventory and adjust according to printer models deployed. - Build annual fiscal year Print Service budget through submission based on new buildings/expansions, decommissioning of buildings and refreshing expired printers. - Be responsible for testing new printers and firmware on Apple’s network. - Approve all Acceptance Documents (globally), Change Orders and price list updates. - Audit and approve all invoices for US Print Services and maintain backup documentation in Box. - Database integrity: Research and resolve discrepancies, maintain the printer asset records (“single-source-of-truth”) Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements - Managed print background, hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Asset Module a plus. - Technical background and familiarity with networking and protocol; i.e. hostname, IP, subnet, DHCP etc. - Program management with budget experience a plus. Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,900 and $184,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
