This role will serve as the business-side owner of a software product, or group of software products, used by Retail Contact Center (RCC) Specialists.
You will need to be able to understand: the needs of our RCC Specialist community, their workflow and processes, and the underlying technologies comprising the platform(s). With this understanding, you will then work cross-functionally to design and translate business needs into clear and functional design requirements for your partner teams.
To be successful, you will need: a passion for creating great user experiences, a high degree of proactive self-motivation, organization, follow-through, and the ability to communicate effectively with people of various technical proficiencies. You will interact and collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions, levels and locations.
Ideally you will have experience with: E-commerce order and support processes, contact center tools and processes, graphic user interfaces, project oversight, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You should also have a proven comfort level with one or more software development methodologies (i.e. Agile).
You have a record of leading complex projects, delivering high quality results on time, taking ownership of issues and tasks, and making the hard calls. You are a creative thinker, demonstrate an unending curiosity, are a dedicated worker and well organized, and not afraid to go above and beyond to get the job done. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Project and Product management (PMP, SCRUM/Agile, Waterfall) methodologies User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Business Analysis; building narratives and business cases with data Effective communication, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization Experience in one or more of the following UX design areas: - software user interface - wireframes/mockups - human-computer interaction - usability and user research Technically able to lead and participate in discussions involving infrastructure, APIs, programming languages, and other technical subject matter. 3 to 5 years Product Ownership experience PMP certification a plus UI/UX Design experience a plus Software Programming experience a plus Wireframe experience a plus Mac & Keynote experience preferred Description Description Support all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Determine and communicate development and deployment roadmap
Lead user roundtables and conduct surveys to understand the needs of the business
Support software engineering teams by writing and owning design requirements
Work in a fast-paced environment as a positive and contributing team member
Balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Pro-actively identify gaps and issues, then solve them!
Domestic and International Travel may be required on occasion
