Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in C, C++, or Objective-C Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming and synchronization Broad experience in overall system design and implementation Driven by considerations of robustness and simplicity Experience designing and then supporting APIs Description Description In this role, you will work to understand usage of our API internally and externally, identify problems and needs, and work collaboratively to design and build answers to these. You will do the same with the architecture and utility components of the system processes that back our SDK frameworks. You will work internally as a software generalist to mentor positioning domain experts, and cross-functionally to support app teams building new features with CoreLocation. You will learn and grow with our fun and tight-nit team! Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
