The Hardware Technologies Organizational Development & Learning (HWT OD&L) team is looking for a program specialist that will be focused on helping manage the Hardware Tech Learning budget and the Hardware Tech Intern Bootcamp Program. Responsibilities would include coordinating HWT OD&L activities such as scheduling, registration, tracking, and reporting, as well as planning and coordinating the program, managing the schedule, and engaging with HWT experts who would be presenting technical material to the interns. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience in program management Experience working in an engineering environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Collaborates well with others Ability to speak in front of an audience Demonstrate professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen” Can take direction, as well as initiative Ability to be in the details while understanding the big picture Open to feedback Proficient in iWork, Microsoft Office Suite, video editing, and audio production Description Description • Help create schedules, track, and build reports for all HWT OD&L offerings • Assist in managing spend, reviewing reimbursements, and partnering with procurement • Create the schedule for the bootcamp and other HWT intern activities/events • Manage registration • Coordinate and host the bootcamp and other HWT intern activities/events • Track and create reports for HWT intern activities managed by HWT OD&L • Assist with coordination and activities that requires collaboration across multiple groups such as subject matter experts, internal and external speakers, facilities, and HWT executive assistants. • Partner with University Relations, HWT OD&L program managers and video production specialist, and People Business Partners Education & Experience Education & Experience BS degree or 5+ year professional service related experience required Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $44.56 and $74.32/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
