We are looking for a SAP Test Analyst to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support creating, scheduling, coordinating, and performing tests for projects in WW SOS Operations organization. As an SAP Test Analyst you will be tasked with working along side project PMs and business users to ensure high quality solutions developed for our collaborators and customers. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experienced as a tester or an analyst in SAP implementations - SD, LE, MM (manual testing and/or automation testing) Familiarity with functional testing in S/4HANA. Experience with Operations and various Supply Chain functions (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory management, and Reverse Logistics) Ability to identify, build, validate and manage test data Experience working on projects for teams based globally Dedication to delivering excellent software quickly, efficiently and with increased quality. Good communication skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly. Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment. Phenomenal level of customer focus and attention to detail High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to “make things happen” Description Description - Completing and documenting complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards. - Manage successful release of system enhancements / new functionalities through effective user acceptance testing. - Providing detailed analysis of all testing carried out; ensuring all bugs, risks and issues are logged accurately. - Collaborate on test strategies and improvements of testing processes. - Contribute to crafting test data management strategies. Analyse and resolve test data related problems. - Stitch across the different functionality and facilitate end to end test scenario creation, manually or automated. - Create and maintain overall testing knowledge repository for the BPR team. - Create, maintain and report testing metrics including SLAs and key performance indicators. - Provide support to internal business teams throughout the design and development cycle of projects. - Opportunity to advance business process knowledge in supply chain. - Opportunity to learn industry standard methodologies in software testing. - Opportunity to gain experience in a strong team with groundbreaking technology in software testing.
