From new launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, this team is charged with managing the planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys and unique details that make these events special. We are seeking a stellar Production Operations Coordinator to support our Worldwide Events Team. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant work experience in event support, production, or management. Have a love for event management and thrive throughout the planning and production process A detailed executor with excellent time management skills You are a proactive problem-solver, who is calm under pressure and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done You know that even the smallest details matter and are willing to go above and beyond You care deeply about a guest’s experience and ensuring every event you touch is memorable and impactful You are comfortable with both tactical and strategic work, but always execute You are a passionate and positive teammate who is eager to jump in and support anything and everything Proven experience being an effective communicator who takes direction well Ability to react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change You are highly organized, efficient and resourceful Have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different functions and at different levels Adheres to Apple’s values, high production standards and codes of ethical conduct Works well under pressure, maintaining self-composure and integrity Mac and Keynote proficient Must be willing to travel Description Description WHAT YOU’LL DO The Production Operations Coordinator will assist the department in project managing and producing events of varying scale and scope, taking on specific event-related tasks as needed. This person will be a critical team member coordinating several logistical and creative elements including guest arrival and journey, project management, setup, load-in, load-out, and wrap reports. - Support event logistics and production including project management, vendor and crew coordination, attendee experience, food and beverage, design, decor, setup, break-down, etc. - Route tracking of vendor contracts, PO approvals and payment invoices - Manage team inventory including the packing/shipping/tracking of event materials pre and post onsite events - Assist in timeline calendaring for events - Assist in organizing and distilling a large amount of production information into clear written and verbal communications - Organize and manage our internal vendor/resource database - Support the team in daily business operations and procedures - Monitor and report on the competitive landscape of events and experiences - Coordinate and implement assigned events from concept to execution (event type will depend on skill level) - Be an active and contributing member in our team’s creative think tank Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $86,400 and $130,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
