The Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. The Applied Commerce & Generative Al team is seeking a Product Designer/Prototyper to help build applications and prototypes for a new medium, and to help drive development of future-facing products. This leader is responsible for conceptualizes, designs and ships the user experience for the Applied Commerce & Generative Al's products and services. Your ideas can impact the interaction, graphic, sound, and haptic experiences used by millions of people across the world. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Required: Minimum of 10 years in production, contention creation, UI design and rapid high fidelity prototype creations, preferably in Conversational & Generative AI or tech-oriented product domains. Proficient in iterative UI/UX design, including sketches, wireframes, concept, and feature development in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills to help others understand design rationale and product decisions. Excellent eye for detail. Ability to deliver beautiful, high quality visual targets and polished, ship-ready assets for a variety of platforms Experience with rapid prototyping, with a good intuition and communication in making time vs. complexity tradeoffs. Track record of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in support of influencing product features. Preferred: Experience in designing or implementing new UI systems and tools. Familiarity with generative AI models, technologies, and applications. Skills: Innovative vision for our product experiences leveraging user interface principles, materials, inputs, generative computing, and physics. Strong rapid prototyping skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Description Description In this role, you will investigate, concept, and prototype new experiences for LLM powered products using evolving technologies. Your work will help shape and inform our current and future products. You will work closely with other Apple designers, artists, and engineers to craft transformative, empowering experiences for our audiences (internal or external). You should be able to balance customer needs with technical constraints to help realize the team’s ideas, translating these ideas into extraordinary, compelling visuals and actionable design recommendations. You will join projects at varying stages of production, ranging from rapid prototyping, to delivering scalable production assets, to polishing and optimizing UI assets for shipping, working closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality product. This role requires attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtfulness as you produce visually beautiful content and interactive experiences while helping the team navigate through unusual technical challenges. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,800 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
