The "Program Manager - Digital Automation" will be implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes to boost sales, improve customer experience, and innovate. Description Description Are you a strategic problem solver who excels at tactical execution? Do you love to improve processes? Join our India Sales BPR & Digital Operations team, where you'll be implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes to boost sales, enhance customer experience, and innovate. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales and program execution teams. - Redesign business processes for various business functions including Sales, Distribution, Affordability, POS Operations, Staffing and Training. - Monitor process performance and recognise automation opportunities using tools like workflow management solutions, Tableau / PowerBI. - Partner with Apple IS&T teams to automate key business processes end-to-end, thereby driving significant cost savings and efficiencies across the organization and supporting rapid scale-up. - Proactively lead projects and influence high-level organization partners. - Act as both a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager. - Manage multiple projects focused on process enhancement and automation. - Collaborate closely with departments like various business functions such as POS Ops, Staffing, Training, Sales, Distribution, Affordability, Finance & Technical teams - Streamline processes and implement automation solutions, and manage the rollout of automation systems. - Contribute to ongoing performance and process enhancement. Education & Experience Education & Experience MBA or equivalent experience from a recognised business school. Engineering graduates are preferred, or individuals with a strong technical and functional skills. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Certifications in automation and analytics tools, such as Tableau / PowerBI, would be an added advantage.
