Key Qualifications Key Qualifications You are an experienced sales and marketing professional who can take a lead in the content curation. Strong verbal and written communications skills and are able to convey the importance of new ideas, programmes and initiatives when communicating with the Field, leading to strong sales outcomes. Strong project management experience that enables you to maintain a high-level overview of multiple work-streams, while also demonstrating execution excellence in the outputs of these projects. You understand how to motivate and support country and regional teams, sharing the latest Education news and initiatives and helping them to incorporate this into their business objectives with regular monthly calls, newsletters and Chorus updates. You are a team player. Confident working within a global organisation; participating in cross-functional teams to deliver shared objectives. You are curious, willing to challenge the status quo without compromising brand ethics. You have a deep passion for our brand, our vision and objectives, and how we value the customer experience. Description Description We fuel the Field and empower the Channel with meaningful and timely knowledge and training. We build and implement resources and best practice examples, that help drive new customer acquisition, development of existing accounts and ensure retention at time of refresh We curate and communicate Education marketing content to the field and our channel partners. We collaborate with our channel partners, customers and Apple teammates from all over the company to get it done. We inspire the customer by having the right conversation, in the right location, throughout the year. Responsibilities: -Connection and knowledge sharing of quarterly Channel campaign activity between the Central Education team and Country teams, both at planning and campaign review phases. -Adhering to the Marcom guidelines, worldwide direction and Apple standards and create coherent and consistent content in the Apple tone of voice. -Keeping the Central team connected and aware of key priorities, projects and asks as well as building awareness of other complimentary non-Education teams’ within Apple. -Promoting the team’s successes to a wider Apple Senior Leadership audience. -Supporting the CSME team with Channel and Customer event and marketing support when required. -Working collaboratively with WW Field Marketing in the continuing development of the EdWeb resource platform for EMEIA and creating synergies between other channel resource platforms.
