Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the way we work and drive results.Collaboration and InteractionCollaborate with key leaders and business partners to facilitate strategic planning and road-mapping.Provide oversight of solutions delivery and ensure the resolution of escalated issues.Act as a bridge for communication on any critical issues while consistently demonstrating a service-oriented approach.Develop and maintain effective relationships with key finance stakeholders to address their business problems and drive organizational growth and scale.Work with leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions and strive for business clarity of strategy when needed.Innovation and Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to inspire change and simplify processes.Lead the implementation of new solutions to enhance delivery speed and product quality.Stay abreast of emerging and new technologies.Actively collaborate with business partners to derive and drive value from existing and new system technology investments.Business Clarity and StrategyCollaborate with key finance stakeholders to ensure systems capabilities align with their needs.Work with leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions, ensuring clarity of strategy when required.Team Building and DevelopmentBuild a robust team with a strong focus on business value, thought leadership, innovation, and partnership with the business.Provide leadership, coaching, and foster accountability, innovation, and teamwork within the team.Demonstrate a high level of integrity and transparency, promoting open communication and the ability to interact effectively with all personality types.Inspire a strong commitment to excellence, empowerment, and the ability to create followership within the team.Emphasize a customer service-oriented approach and a non-political work environment.Operate with a high level of urgency to drive results and meet objectives.What You’ll NeedRequired Qualifications12+ years of experience delivering Finance systems capabilities, ideally within the high-tech industry and with a global team.8+ years of direct people management experience, which should encompass leading Directors and Managers.Desired Skills and ExperienceRecognized as a company-wide thought leader with extensive industry knowledge and may be regarded as a technical authority with ownership of large or diverse functional groups.Proven experience managing a global team responsible for optimizing, managing, and supporting a public company Finance application portfolio. Experience with platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Xactly, Coupa, Adaptive/Anaplan, Salesforce.com, and Workiva is a plus.Prior experience leading at least 2 full cycle ERP implementations.Previous experience in QTC (Quote to Cash) optimization and SaaS Billing solution implementation.Demonstrated strategic planning, critical thinking, change management, and influencing skills.Proven ability to effectively partner with global, geographically distributed teams to deliver business technology solutions.A knack for inspiring behavior change, setting priorities, and making decisions in ambiguous situations.Remote-Ready ExcellenceYour reliable internet connection is the conduit for brilliance, enabling you to unleash your talents from the comfort of virtually anywhere.Rest assured, this role embodies flexibility, with typically no more than 15% travel on the horizon.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $174,000.00 - $296,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
