Performance Marketing OperationsDescription -Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Plan, execute and measure web or interactive marketing programs and technologies to reach online customers or internal audiences.Responsibilities:Create Assist in the end-to-end purchase requisition process to various regional marketing vendors.Liaise and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all information input is correct and accurate and within given policies and compliance.Managing marketing budget and ensure budget utilization.Consolidate all creatives, templates, reports, mock-ups, invoices etc. to submit proof of execution for all purchase orders created and alliance partner claims.Check creative submissions and ensure they adhere to the specified guidelines.Track alliance partner activity ID numbers to make sure claims are submitted successfully.Be the subject matter expert for all alliance partner guidelines and processes.Responsible for ensuring items or services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions.Responsible for new vendor registration.Direct liaise with vendor for invoice submission, tracking and ensure vendor paid within dateline.Compiling data, fulfilling request for quarter closing report to Finance, cross- charge and accrual process.Ad-hoc tasks as requiredEducation and Experience Required: BA or BS degreeExpertise and knowledge in the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies.3+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface.Knowledge and Skills: Solid web analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).Organization and program management skills.Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results.Solid knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.Solid knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.Maintain HP marketing management systems as needed.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No Shift premium (Malaysia)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
