Our innovation springs from a team of individuals, each collaborating and contributing their own perspectives, knowledge, and experience to advance the way the world works and lives.We are looking for visionaries, like you, who are ready to make a purposeful impact on the way the world works.At HP, the future is yours to create!Responsibilities:• Work independently with R&D partners to understand requirements• Derive system solution objectives and architecture from the partner requirements• Lead a multi-functional project team• Analyze design and determine the coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of the overall architecture of product or solution• Create and execute of test plans, protocols, and documentation• Lead/Be Part of a project team of other systems engineers (HW, FW & SW) and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective and high-quality solutions• Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution• Provide guidance and mentoring to team membersKnowledge & SkillsEssential requirementsProficiency in developing web applications preferably on C# and .NETGood coding experience with C#/Java/PythonGood understanding of architecture and design patternsGood understanding of database technologies (Relational database and NoSQL)Knowledge of Git source code versioning systemStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skillsGood to have,Knowledge of cloud native applicationsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOpsComplexity• Moderate: Some senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics• Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project.• Leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or relevant field.
