Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech LeadDescription -In this role you will support the development and execution of EMEA Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the HP customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance HP customer experiences.With an objective of growing HP’s engaged customer base, you will work closely with stakeholders within the International Customer Management team (platform, analytics, CRM leads) as well as local business partners, to develop an ecosystem of automated touchpoints for HP’s EMEA customers.You will join the International Customer Management team responsible for customer strategy, base value, monetization, and brand consideration. You will be welcomed to HP, an innovative US$50bi company that keeps reinventing itself and is #1 in most areas it plays.Scope • Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform• Understand and map Business Challenges into SFMC platform, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution design• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements• Proficient in executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources using SOAP and REST API Integrations• Define and implement data integration strategies for importing and exporting data into/out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud• Build, test, deploy and execute highly personalized responsive emails/Cloud Pages with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language ( preferred)• Ensure data quality and maintain data governance standards by building and managing Data Extensions, Segments, and Cloud Pages• Experience with data architecture/schema, including relational data models and sql syntax, documentation of data models, and data flows• Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve Sizing of delivery effort for solutionsRequired Experience:• 6-8 years minimum of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience / flexible to fit the right candidate covering other key requirements• Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising, call canters, sales reps, etc).• End to end campaign management and delivery using Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including - planning, development, execution, and performance - processes with internal and external parties involved and development of platform operation, management of campaign execution and automation resources and agency, best practices and budget• Experience creating highly responsive direct customer and communications. On direct marketing, on brand, on channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design background a plus. Master email marketing communications, comfortable writing and/or reviewing copy, HTML and AMPscript knowledge is must.• Project Management, involving handling multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and skills, combined with a business focused outlook.• Strong data-driven mindset, experience with SQL, experience in campaign analytics and performance measurement.
