We are a growth team on a mission to transform the way HP communicates and the way stakeholders interact with our brand.   HP Foundation and Thought Leadership Team The HP Foundation & Thought Leadership team is responsible for running HP’s Foundation programs focused on employee giving and volunteering, and advancing Digital Equity; and building out thought leadership storytelling and programs across the biggest themes impacting our customers today, starting with Hybrid Work. Most recently, the Thought Leadership team launched the Work Relationship Index – a global research study measuring how healthy business leaders, knowledge workers, and IT Decision Maker’s relationships with work really are.  As we look to expand our thought leadership campaigns and topics in FY24 and beyond, this position will play an essential role in the team. The Content and Operations Lead will be a key ally in partnering cross functionally to integrate our thought leadership planning in BU and Market plans, ensuring alignment on timing, budgeting, strategy, and insights. The role will also define and implement a simple engagement process with partners to ensure that all appropriate planning meetings, content briefings, launch timing and content itself are accounted for and transparently in place.  Beyond the operational aspect of this role, this team member will also develop, edit and finalize content such as overview decks, key messaging documents, and briefing books. In this role, this team member will constantly be strategizing, creating, innovating, and documenting. Qualifications and Skills  6 years in program management largely focused on supporting Communications-specific organizational development. Has led cross-organizational teams or projects supporting execution of programs serving Communications teams at Fortune 500 companies. Strong program management skills. A strong external network that can be leveraged to support strategic objectives.  Experience effectively managing relationships with external agency partners to maximize impact. Presence that inspires trust and confidence. Strategic, out of the box thinker  Sound judgement, with the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities in a disciplined manner. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and calmly adapts to change when needed. Superior project management, program management, and organizational skills. Superior listening and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results. Superior knowledge and understanding of external and internal communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles. Job -Corporate AffairsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
