Director, Aggregate Planning & Future ReadyDescription -The HP supply chain is responsible for planning, sourcing, making, and delivering more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second of every day to channel partners and end-user customers around the world. We help HP achieve more than $60B in revenue. We are searching for an Aggregate Planning & Future Ready Director to lead a global team on Transformation and Analytics for Planning.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Strategic Planning driving longer term roadmap prioritization, effective execution of transformation strategy with prioritization decisions aligning to but not limited to the below:Cost Reduction through Identification of Inefficiencies and Predictive Maintenance.Revenue Growth - Market Insights & Optimization.Improved Decision Making - Data Driven Decisions & Scenario Modeling.COGs Optimization.Forecast Optimization - reducing risk of budget overruns and unplanned expenses.Responsible to drive TCE Improvements through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action.Will set organizational performance goals while driving continuity across all pillars within the Planning Organization.Regularly report to senior management by translating complex technical information and delivering clear information to non-technical stakeholders.Identifies and Implements Process Improvements for business users technology to enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.Must have the ability to drive change effectively, often through resistance. Lead transformational projects for SC including but not limited to Shasta, Pulmori, NART, and Planet 10 conservative savings of +$35M in FY24.Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business/Consulting/Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain or equivalent. 12+ years’ work experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, engineering, or consulting.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Expertise to execute orchestration of processes across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and IT.Excellent ability in simplifying the complex, storytelling, data visualization, executive communication.
