We are searching for an Supply & Commodities Planning, Senior Director to lead a global team of Planning Professionals doing plan generation for the PS Business Unit.Scope & Impact of WorkInterpret and Optimize Demand Plan- driving overall supply strategy with prioritization decisions aligning.Develop Optimal Supply Forecast - inventory optimization, safety stock strategy, production support. Heavily analytical driven with deep understanding of market trends, historical data, capacity constraints, and lead time.Drive commodity integration within PS PlanningDevelop Digital Strategy and System Strategy with Future Ready Organization.Assess Talent and define talent scope including but not limited to succession & rotational plans.Risk management strategy for supply including geopolitical impacts / natural disaster / supply shortages - RCA and adoption of key learnings.Cost Reduction through Identification of Inefficiencies and Predictive Maintenance.Driving synergies with Analytical teams to identify data and statistical analysis to introduce methodologies that would increase the organizations productivity and efficiency:Scenario Planning.Digital Simulator Tools.Improved Decision Making - Data Driven Decisions & Scenario Modeling.Delayed Differential - Inventory Optimization.Dynamic ATP - Direct Impact improving TCE Metrics.Revenue Growth - Market Insights & Optimization.COGs Optimization.Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business/Consulting/Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain or equivalent. 12+ years’ work experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, engineering, or consulting.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Expertise to execute orchestration of processes across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and IT Excellent ability in simplifying the complex, storytelling, data visualization, executive communication. Strong analytical thinking, analysis, problem solving skills, process orientation, and business acumen skills.
