We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Publishing & Associations to join our Government & Publishing team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on service. The role will report to Director of Government & Publishing business in China, and involve collaboration with the Government & Publishing Sales Account Managers. We have a great skill set in publishing industry and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in publishing service.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 5 years of experience in customer-facing service in academic or publishing industry.M.S. Degree in Publishing or Computer Science related areas, PhD or equivalent experience a plus.Chinese native with English writing and reading.It would be great if you also have . . . Familiar with China Academic and Publishing industry.Customer facing experience and HTML language skills are preferred.Fluent oral English proficiency a plus.Ability to work under pressure and in a customer-facing environment.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is expected.Self-starter who is a fast learner.What will you be doing in this role?Work on project execution of service delivery.Communication with customers on needs and output clarification.Collaborate with local and global teams to well execute delivery throughout the whole process to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform carefully quality check on works.Provide service materials expertise, including internal and external customer telephone calls and presentations.About the TeamThe team consists of 9 people and is reporting to the Director of Government & Publishing business in China.Hours of WorkFlexible working time with hybrid working model, 2-3 days visiting customer or in office per week.At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
