Blue Yonder Title:Product Marketing DirectorSr. Product Marketing ManagerOther Comparable Titles:Logistics Product Marketing DirectorWarehouse Management Product Marketing DirectorProduct Marketing DirectorLocation: Dallas, TX or RemoteOverview:Blue Yonder is seeking a Director, Product Marketing or Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead and develop product positioning and go-to-market plans for our warehouse management and/or logistics service provider software portfolioBlue Yonder is a Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain SaaS Software Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Scope:The Product Marketing Director or Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be a product evangelist and own the go-to-market (GTM) plan for product launches and market communications throughout product and sales lifecycles.They will have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits and develop product positioning, messaging and content that resonates with customers along each stage of the buying process.In addition to building strong relationships with product management, engineering, delivery, and sales, they will bring an outside-in perspective to understand customer needs.What you’ll do:Lead and develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted buyers by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape.Create, manage, and execute the product marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products to optimize reach, customer acquisition and retention.Lead creation of thought-leading product marketing materials and content across digital and print communications such as customer literature, blogs, e-mails, videos, webinars, presentations, web copy, advertisement, and trade show/event material.Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and research, manage, and provide key insights that will guide product requirements/positioning and strategic marketing initiatives.Create effective materials and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders like product management, sales, partner marketing and customer success to achieve goals.Partner with the demand generation team to execute winning marketing initiatives.Serve as a subject matter expert on the category internally and externally, creating and delivering presentations with confidence.Monitor market and competitive trends, feed insights back into Blue Yonder teams and adjust strategies and execution as needed.What we are looking for:5+ years of marketing experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or logistics service provider solutions preferredBachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant marketing experience required.  MBA is a plus.3+ years of product marketing experience is required in software or SaaSSelf-starter with proven planning and project management skills, with proven ability to oversee complex projects from origin to execution.Experience in these additional marketing areas is a plus: demand generation, communications, branding, and product management.Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Available to work in a distributed, global time zone environment.Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.#LI-Remote*LI-EW1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $102,950.00 - $167,650.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
