As a Resales Manager, you will lead a talented team of salespeople to create a world class retail experience for our customers. Through your leadership, the team will inspire customers to participate in the circular economy through the ease of omnichannel shopping, and by educating on the various services TRR has to offer. You are customer obsessed and excel in managing a high volume, fast-paced sales floor. Above all, you embody the TRR culture through collaboration, driving results, and building for the future.

Ensure effective and ongoing partnership between Recruiting, HR, and Training & Development (T&D) of new hires and existing team members
Partner with senior leadership and cross functional partners to analyze and communicate all weekly reporting with a focus on strategy and action
Support product based communication and trainings for team
Continual learning for self and team on TRR’s approved brands and staying abreast of emerging brands and trends
Maintain a high level of integrity, initiative, motivation and self-direction
What You Bring To The Role
5+ years of experience in a customer service focused role, luxury retail or fashion experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience managing a team (required)
Experience in a fast-paced and/or start-up environment (preferred)
A strong sales ability and an entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate about the TRR brand and mission
Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors
A high degree of EQ, business acumen, poise and the ability to establish trust
Great attention to detail and customer service
Commitment and curiosity towards expanding expertise in fashion

The expected salary range for this role is $77,878 - $93,687 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
