Maven is looking to hire an experienced marketer who is passionate about creating a more equitable healthcare system for women and families. This role is ideal for someone with a B2C or B2B2C marketing background, experience in healthcare, proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and exceptional project management skills. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact by bringing data-driven marketing strategies to life to drive enrollments through employer groups.
As Senior Member Growth Marketing Associate at Maven, you will:
Create and deploy marketing strategies to exceed our member enrollment goals
Support ongoing enrollment goals by working closely with Client Success managers to develop marketing plans and execute tactics, coordinate in-person event logistics and assist with customization requests
Manage, prioritize and execute inbound enrollment marketing requests—helping find efficiencies and scale within our current process
Analyze client performance to identify trends and document best practices to to drive enrollments across our larger book of business
Build strong relationships with Client Success teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and scale marketing efforts while driving results
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in enrollment marketing
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or campaigns
Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Client Success managers
Experience in the healthcare space
Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership
Thinks critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Braze or similar email marketing platform
Vendor management experience
Start-up experience
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $104,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
