Smartsheet is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to assist with both sales tools, as well as commissions reporting and analysis. In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all monthly commissions processing and payments. Attention to detail and appropriate sense of urgency are keys to success in this role.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Variable Compensation located in the US.
You Will :
Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis.
Complete monthly audit processes accurately adhering to timelines.
Perform user support for our commissions system, and other sales systems including Salesforce and DocuSign.
Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system while following strict adherence to SOX controls.
Monitor data quality.
Managing and editing records and data.
Perform data cleansing and removing database duplicates.
Maintain documentation for all processes and controls.
You Have:
Ability to perform basic mathematical solutions to determine accuracy of commissions
3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis.
Experience with a commission system such as CaptivateIQ a plus as well as other sales tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to embrace new technology, applications and solutions.
