The Role :  We are seeking an experienced and people focused Office Manager to oversee and manage our fast-paced office environment in New York. This person should have a passion for creating organized and scalable operations, while fostering strong relationships with colleagues to deliver outstanding support to our workforce. The ideal candidate can work autonomously, is easily adaptable, a proven team player, and brings their positivity to work each day.    This dynamic role will report into the Director of Workplace & Real Estate and will be in charge of maintaining a welcoming office space and assisting with various office management duties, communication support, and creating an exceptional employee experience for anyone in our New York office.   Role Location: This role will be expected to be onsite at our office in SoHo, New York at least 4 days per week.    Responsibilities:    Provide a welcoming experience for all onsite guests   Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor management, supply ordering, badge setup, organizing mail, visitor access, safety & security protocols, and tracking budget spend related to office manager tasks   Plan and execute in-office events such as happy hours and weekly lunches, along with oversight support for in-office department onsites and company meetings   Provide assistance for the office relocation scheduled for 2024, including vendor coordination, administrative responsibilities, and the seamless setup of employees   Collaborate closely with the Director of Workplace & Real Estate regarding office requirements and opportunities for enhancement   Help with additional projects and tasks for the Workplace & People team as needed    Required Qualifications:     High level of discernment and confidentiality   Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail, ensuring tasks are organized and completed accurately within set timelines   Demonstrate welcoming demeanor and team spirit, with a quick-learning ability and the capacity to work independently   Ability to sit for extended periods at front reception and lift up to 30lbs   Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365   2-3 years experience in an office administration or recruiting role   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience   Preferred Qualifications:     Experience with basic IT knowledge such as Zoom, troubleshooting, and conference room setup   Prior experience in customer service or hospitality field    For residents of San Francisco/Bay Area, CA or New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is starting at $ 80,000 with an annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise , bonus, and other factors.
