A highly organised and self-driven manager with wide-ranging responsibility for the smooth running of the office and a key contributor to exceptional employee experience.  The nature of RTR’s business requires a high level of adaptability, good judgement and versatility. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the agility of our environment means that the role will evolve and needs a ‘can do’ approach to picking projects up and making them happen. What You’ll Do: General Office Management: Contribute to making Rent the Runway a great place to work by building strong relationships with staff across all departments and ensuring the general standards of management of the office create an environment that fosters collaboration, communication and culture. Talks also include managing our storage rooms, office hygiene, catering, groceries & supplies, stationery, meeting room, set up and clearing etc. Building Services & Maintenance: Manage relationships with building and maintenance suppliers and oversee the maintenance and repair of the building including but not limited to security systems, cleaning, air conditioning, furniture and furnishings, repairs and equipment. Environment: Consideration, planning and management of the environment our employees and visitors experience when they visit our office, from their welcome when they arrive, through to meeting room set-up, catering, AV equipment and overall look of the office.  Expense Management: Oversee the budget for the office, ensuring that invoicing and monthly expense reports are accurate and recorded promptly and reporting on costs related to the office environment & building services as well as staff amenities, events and gifts.  Employee Experience : Coordinate team social & culture events and organise catering if required with assistance from Culture Club members eg;  Team Events, Christmas Party, Community Lunches, Lunch n’ Learn events  Occupational Health and Safety:   Keep a close eye on health and safety making updates when necessary to ensure we are compliant from a health and safety point of view including workplace hazards, Pest control, first aid and fire safety (Fire Wardens, drills and training).   Ensure a robust WHS System is in place and is communicated to all staff. Marketing & Recruitment Events : Help drive communication with external stakeholders. There is also an opportunity for the Office Manager to help drive the RTR and employer brand through marketing activities and recruiting events. Corporate Travel:  Book travel for employees, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation.  About You: 4+ years experience as an office administrator, office manager or related role. Energetic, personable and proficient in office and project management. Proven track record in managing and sourcing suppliers. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Google Suite or similar.   Highly organised and professional with exceptional attention to detail.   Proactive and comfortable working autonomously with a drive for results.  Creative problem solver. Adaptable, with a desire to learn.  Understand and follow standard financial processes.
