Job Requisition ID #23WD73508A Change Management Lead plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful planning, execution, and adoption of significant changes and/or transformations within an organization. You will manage important change programs, ensuring that internal employees and stakeholders are effectively prepared and engaged for implementation and adoption. You will work closely with project teams, management at all levels and various stakeholders.You will report to the Manager, Change Management based in US with your focus on the EMEA. You will be based in Spain. We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported.You will have experience in change or project management. You will have demonstrated the ability develop change strategies following Prosci and Kotter Methodologies.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop change management and strategy plans adoption and align with the organizations objectivesYou will conduct change management and impact assessmentsYou will develop and track change success metricsYou will monitoring and reporting on effectiveness throughout change processYou will develop tailored communications and engagement plans with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their understanding, buy-in and support through the change process and you will update about outcomes and risksYou will identify risks, anticipate and manage resistance, develop risk mitigation plansYou will be responsible for communicating change concepts and abstract concepts to a variety of audiencesYou will create transparent paths of feedback with business partners, project teamsYou will develop training and enablement plans that ensure individuals and teams are prepared to navigate and embrace change for successful adoptionYou will identify key areas of skills, outcomes and behavioral changes and best ways to deliver changeYou will lead and coach important partners in change management process and strategyYou will foster healthy working relationships with project teams, their sponsors, stakeholders and managers at all levelsMinimum QualificationsYou have a bachelor's in business administration or related fieldYou have 5 or more years in change management or project managementYou will have experience in successful development and execution of change management strategiesYou will have experience with large scale change initiativesYou will demonstrate public speaking skillsYou will demonstrate understanding of change management best practicesYou will have analytical, and problem-solving skillsYou will manage multiple competing prioritiesThis is a remote role but you will travel to your customer and planning meetings both locally and internationally(less than 30%)Nice to have:You have a Prosci Change Management CertificationProficiency in Kotter's 8 Steps to Change ManagementExperience in Customer Success#LI-EL1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
