You will also work with a CS Division leaders to expand the impact and awareness of the division's plans. You will have the support and collaboration of your centralized communications team peers to share best practices and insights and to promote a sense of community, common purpose and teamwork within the growing Customer Success organization.You will report to the Director Communications, Customer Success.You will be located in Boston. #LI-HybridResponsibilitiesBring your love of visual storytelling and presentation design to bear on behalf of the CS goals and visionDevelop communication plans and content for CS-wide programs including communications strategy, infographics, design, partner mapping, and multi-channel implementationYou will work with Division Leader and Chief of Staff to tell the story of what the team is focused on and whyWork with Communications Director to provide executive communications support for Chief Customer Officer including Quarterly All Hands meetings, keynote presentations and exec announcementsContribute to the planning and curation of CS events throughout the yearBring your creative spark and ideas to help us connect the CS team!Minimum QualificationsEnthusiasm for story-tellingDevelop presentations and visual communications is a strength. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,400 and $131,780. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
