Job Requisition ID #23WD73342Position OverviewAs an Operations Analyst on our dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs team, you will focus on process improvement, data analysis, and documentation to lead positive change in our global organization. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Global Talent Attraction and Employee Onboarding, you will bring your curiosity and unique point of view to help our organization scale globally aligned, high impact programs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research current state processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and the best opportunities for improvementRecommend new methods to improve the experience and productivity of internal programsWork on program focus areas such as operations, hiring, onboarding, marketing, events, social media and partnershipsMinimum QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree program with focus in business, human resources, data analytics or related studiesAbout the U.S. Intern ProgramThe 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
