Job Requisition ID #23WD73735Position OverviewAs a Product Manager in Autodesk's Trust organization, you will help define, build, and grow our internal trust product portfolio with scale. We embed security, privacy, and resiliency into the full spectrum of how Autodesk builds products from creation through deployment. With a fast-growing business and ever-changing threat landscape, there is an opportunity to accelerate our effectiveness by delivering seamless trust capabilities that increase developer productivity and delight, making it easier for our products to be trusted-by-default.This is an important role where you will partner with colleagues within and outside the Trust organization, including product and platform security, engineering, UX, and development teams. We are looking for a product manager who has experience defining product strategy and driving execution. You will build roadmaps for products ranging from new concepts to mature offerings. It will be essential to maintain a balance between planning and iterating quickly.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop strategies and roadmaps for a portfolio of products, tooling and automations that make it easier for Autodesk development teams to embed trust and security into their productsYou will advocate for Autodesk customers so that our products are safe and secure, and we remain a trusted partnerYou will conduct internal and external research to understand customer needs, industry trends and missing capabilities that can be built into new or existing productsCollaborate with UX designers, developers and other internal stakeholders to implement our product strategy and visionDefine strategic business outcomes and OKRs so that our products meet Trust organization and Autodesk corporate strategic objectivesOversee delivery of roadmap commitments including the writing of user stories and functional requirements, backlog management, and ensuring acceptance criteria is metMonitor and evaluate product performance and success against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs)Build relationships with teams within and outside of Trust so that we're building the right products that solve the right challenges for our development teamsContribute to the Trust product manager community including development of standardized tools and templates, and the mentoring of junior product managersMinimum Qualifications10+ years of professional work experience within product management and development with exposure to developer enablement or trust (security, privacy, resiliency)Fundamental technical expertise to interface with engineers and articulate product requirementsPassion and excitement for helping internal customers and understanding their needsYou are comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to take new ideas from concept to detailed product planning and launchExperience pivoting between big-picture product strategy and tactical operationsImpactful storytelling skills and success in presenting product strategy to a variety of audiencesExcellent written, verbal, and visual Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiencesLocation: Remote US#LI-DT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $130,800 and $211,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
