Job Requisition ID #23WD73833Position Overview This job is responsible for expanding new and renewal business in key accounts/territories to meet/exceed financial and business objectives, by enabling growth or opening new strategic business opportunities with Partners by understanding their current business structure and providing analysing and interpreting data to identify business challenges and opportunities. At higher levels demonstrating awareness of industry trends and Industry focused market development activity with channel partners in Design and Manufacturing industry is key to grow business.  Responsibilities·         Drives annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and supports execution·         Meet with Partners when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation with internal team·         Develops realistic plans with Partners, and internally, that are aligned with Autodesk’s strategic objectives, identifies risks to achieving plans and creates contingencies to ensure success. At higher levels modify plans accordingly to ensure that they achieve the intended goals·         Assists Partners with implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies in assigned territories·         Help partners drive industry focused market development by intensive business coaching with industry knowledge and experience·         Works closely and collaborates with the extended team to drive business in assigned territories·         Understands partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are active·         Develops industry ecosystem align Autodesk strategy Minimum Qualifications·         8+ years of direct sales / channel sales /or account management experience with a proven track record of success·         at least 3+ years in the field of application software products and services·         Design and Manufacturing(CAD, Simulation and CAM) industry knowledge and experience is preferred·         Proven track record of selling and surpassing sales targets with data and/or technology solutions·         Strong ability to develop trusting relationships with partners and achieves business goal·         Strong business planning and forecasting, and organization skills·         Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communications skills in interacting with people at all levels·         Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change·         Strong learning capability·         Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team #LI-KC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
