Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary: Works with regional Channel Ops Manager to localize Channel Partner / platform daily commercial operation execution and enhance efficiency with analysis.Responsibilities: Channel Partner/Platform daily execution for to-market and in-market operation efficiency enhancement, such as data collection from partners /platforms, analysis tools, and summarization reports.Delivers tracking and analysis reports for partners projects, such as tender, trade in, and other ad hoc reports upon request.Assist in systematical data integration project of Salesforce and ERPs, and deliver project routine reports.Leading Channel Partner Lifecycle management and tailor collateral for regional nuances, including recruitment, renewal and onboarding activities with cross functional teams, adjusting based on data to maximize effectiveness and routinely reporting back on that effectiveness to channel management.Assists in planning exercises with local partners to set and roadmap revenue targets, reviews pipeline and agree quota, RoEs or break/fix; reviews and reports on the execution of these.Communicate with various departments (e.g. Commercial Operation, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, etc) to ensure timely follow-up and execution for the channel business.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
