Join us at the forefront of technological advancement.What you’ll be doing:Leading a global team of BMC developers for next generation NVIDIA Datacenter designsDesigning, implementing, and delivering innovations for managing GPU based AI servers with focus on OOB management, firmware development, server architecture and building systems for the enterprise. Designing system level solutions including complex hardware and firmware interactions.Designing and developing solutions using industry standard APIs such as Redfish, OpenBMC, DMTF PLDM/MCTP and OCP standards.Contributing and driving open standards.Driving a global team of firmware developers to achieve program success with high quality using NVIDIA Product Design Life Cycle. Manage development through Jira and drive issue resolution.Presenting to partners on current and future design concepts. Working with security team to ensure developed code is in line with product security goals.Working closely with hardware teams to influence hardware design and review HW architecture & schematics.Working with QA/Test architects to develop proper test tools and automation for qualifying the whole system software and firmware stack.What we need to see:Experience leading a dynamic team of developersDomain expertise in Firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms including BMC-BIOS communication, thermal management, power management, firmware update, device monitoring, firmware security, etc.Experience of end-to-end delivery of high-end enterprise servers from definition to customer deployment.Understanding of low-level interfaces between SBIOS, BMC and OS like I2C/SPI/PCIe/JTAG etc. PCIe enumeration, IO at platform level for enterprise systems.Domain expertise in designing and developing solutions using industry standard APIs such as Redfish, OpenBMC, DMTF PLDM/MCTP and OCP standards.Experience working closely with global partners and customers. Ability to track program development progress, track success via KPIs and reporting status to senior management.You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, good work ethics, high sense of team-work, love to produce quality work and commitment to finish your tasks every single day. You are a self-starter who loves to find creative solutions to exciting problems.Master’s Degree, or a PhD; in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience. 10 years of experience, with demonstrated strong ability as individual contributor.
