Digital Marketing ManagerDescription -WHAT WE NEEDHP 3D Business unit’s Marketing department is looking for an experienced digital marketer to lead and manage our global web presence and strategy.  You will shape one of the company’s strategic growth assets in this role. The role will define and shape HP 3D business’s web presence and brand to attract, engage, and convert potential buyers, and make it easier for customers and employees to find relevant information on our website. To accomplish this, you will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, product management, GTM (Go to Market) and HP Center of Excellence teams to develop and implement our web marketing strategy.What You’ll DoManage, monitor, and update our company's website. Ensure that the website content aligns with HP’s brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.Develop new and improve existing strategies to engage with target audiences through digital media/marketing techniques to increase web traffic and convert to high-intent leads.Lead website continuous improvement projects.Manage and lead optimization strategies including A/B testing and personalization programsEnsure website designs and execution meet CCPA, GDPR, Accessibility and SEO standards.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress.Collaborate and navigate the complexities of various projects with product management, engineering, marketing, and executive teams across multiple time zones. Be motivated to work collaboratively and drive strategic alignment.Monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, monitor competitor websites, and Leverage new technologies to deliver tailored experiences for the visitor.Have a passion for growth marketing and a deep desire to learn and constantly challenge the status quo.Manage, partner, and collaborate with our internal creative agency.What You HaveBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferredMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience driving websites at B2B technology companies.Proven ability to lead website engagement and conversion strategies as well as implement tactical requirementsStrong understanding of SEO, buyer-centric navigation, and information architectureA creative and data-driven mindset and the ability to communicate performance metrics in a comprehensive mannerExperience with website reporting, metrics, and monitoring tools.Experience with Google Analytics is required.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
