We manage our programs and processes on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance with legal and environmental obligations, quality, cost goals, and our customer needs. We are also responsible for developing and driving plans for continuous improvement, re-engineering our network and processes, and selecting the best vendors in the market to work with. Purpose:The Hardware Voluntary Take Back Program Manager ensures convenient and free of charge solutions for HP customers to return and recycle their used HP hardware while ensuring …Design and development of the best-in-class Take Back Operation in Noth America.Manage the operation and partners network with the highest operational excellence according to expected metrics and cost.100% compliance with HP Guidance and Standards.Developed and driving plans for continuous improvement and re-engineering the network and processes.Responsibilities:These tasks may include, but are not limited to…Independently, develops advanced Take Back solutions that maximize value proposition from planning through to execution, including the outsourcing of the operation, by applying in-depth market and industry knowledge.Seamless operational program management in line with HP policies and best practices to ensure KPIs, Financials results, MIB, and in general all deliverables and provided with the required quality and on time.Take Leadership in identifying opportunities for service enhancements and process improvement, lead/develop/execute recommendations and provide insight for management.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Participates with the rest of Take Back team in the development of strategies, objectives and as expert, providing direction and guidance to process improvement and defining new initiatives to ensure compliance and increase efficiency reducing cost. Long proven experience in end-to-end Partner management. Excel in vendor relationship management, Request for Proposal, negotiation, and vendor selection.Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.Procurement interlock. Legal knowledge and experience to define Master Service Agreements, SOW, BPOs and Account Payable.Financial management/ oversight. High level knowledge of finance processes to provide guidance to the team to drive budget planning, monthly reviews of cost of sales (COS) and expenses with understanding of deviations (i.e., insight behind the numbers).Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Metrics:Annual goals definition and quarterly accomplishments tracking.Run the program and operation smoothly with no or minimal escalations.Ensure order management and customer experience according to the expectation. Ensure the service is provided according to TAT.Manage logistic/recycling activities and partners collaborative. Valid contracts in place (in line with HP policies) with directly managed vendors.Program reporting with metrics/statistics and KPI's in place and actively managed/followed up.Keep costs under control. Timely delivery of Flash, MEC and QEC to Finance. Provide annual budget with required detail and on time.Deliver monthly regular fundamental tasks (BSC update, Hi-Lo, etc.)Interlock and engagement with stakeholders.Compliance with legal requirements and HP Standards.Education and Skill set required:Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of operation processes.Experience working in operations, defining/operating processes, managing partners with international responsibilities. Knowledge and experience in Services and Sustainability will be highly considered.Able to learn quickly and adapt well to a rapidly changing environment.Strong business judgment, organization, priority & execution skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
