CRM Campaign LeadDescription -The ideal candidate will be a respected Lifecycle Marketing manager who can collaborate cross-functionally to develop briefs, identify audience segments, partner with creative teams to produce email assets and identify creative insights. They will be a key leader in connecting and integrating input from the business on offering positioning and product roadmap.  More than just a creative, this person will be balancing the art and science of being a data-driven marketer, mining insights and data to optimize for performance. They will lead in solving complex business challenges and contributing to the development of new ideas and methods to engage customers. Global experience will be a huge plus as they will work across multiple markets as they test, iterate, and implement changes to drive customer acquisition.     Responsibilities:Be the lead representative in the lifecycle CRM initiatives across HP CSS Marketing Develop clear CRM plans that leverage HP’s first party audiences and owned and operated channels to drive new customer acquisitionsPartner with HP’s design team to develop creative briefs, and creative delivery timelines Partner with HP.com, HHO, CO and Global Digital Channel lead to define and execute a seamless customer journey  Tests and learn to optimize growth solutions by creating a learning roadmap in sync with the GBU and Growth COE  Engage with Global Analytics to define and deliver performance measurements solutions  Own relationship with the agency partner  Ensures clear communication across all stakeholders at every milestone  Knowledge & Skills:Proven track record of creating CRM Lifecycle Strategy followed by successful execution / optimization.  Solid project management skills - ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.  Must have experience in testing and iterating, using data to improve customer acquisition.  Deep understanding of e-commerce environment and user experience optimization towards conversion.  Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools with a focus on Digital/Performance Marketing.  Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly.  In-depth understanding of industry trends.  Excellent negotiation and influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.  Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity and urgency.  Impact/Scope:Typically supports the manager and drives the most prominent products within the business. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $126,250 - $194,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
