We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team to support the Content Developers and Strategists in enabling a content experience that informs and delights our customers.The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills; a proven ability to track and ensure adherence to multiple, sometimes complex processes; and a passion for documenting the team’s ways of working.About the RoleResponsibilities:Oversee content project intake, prioritization, and assignment.Manage team meeting schedule, ensuring content requests are prepped for meetings, accurate notes are taken, and time is used efficiently and effectively.Help coordinate content projects that are large in scale and require multiple stakeholders outside our team.Report on content performance and team workload metrics.Use your energy, drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to help implement initiatives and solutions.Clearly and concisely communicate with all stakeholders within the organization.This role can sit in Pleasanton, CA or Vancouver, BC. This team works a flex model (50% in office, 50% remote)About YouBasic QualificationsExperience with content management systems, especially AEM.1+ years’ experience working in content operations, content management, or similar, ideally in a large software company.Other QualificationsExtreme attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.Strong project management and operational skills.Experience working with agile principles, ideally in a content environment.Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Miro, Smartsheets, and JIRA (or similar).Proactive, personable, and empathetic working styleExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.Effective team collaboration skills. Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
