We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job SummaryThe role will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure design, implementation and support of end-to-end business application solution, OneStream aligned to the Hyperscale business.ResponsibilitiesCapture, document and validate xScale business requirements, predominantly to support design, develop and deploy OneStreamTranslate business requirements into functional solution design options and interface with the development teams to ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desiredAbility to interface with business application users at all levels to ensure that proper customer requirements are captured and understoodCreate and manage application functional test plans and test cases from use cases for requirements traceability, systems testing and UAT testingAble to manage metadata, write business rules, automate data flows, and build complex reports within OneStream applicationWork with technical teams to design interfaces and integrate OneStream with multiple finance applicationsWork closely with business and IT teams spread across globally and should possess excellent communication skillAbility to manage SIT & UAT Testing, defect tracking, defect resolution, ongoing status reportingAssess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demandsManage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with ITTrain the users and provide go-live supportRespond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now, HP ALM and/or Jira toolsQualifications7+ years’ experience in Business System Analyst experience within Agile/Waterfall environment desired5+ years’ experience implementing/working on EPM platforms and 3+ years experience implementing/working on Onestream cloud solutionExperience in financial systems like Oracle financials or any Corporate Performance Management tool is a plusBroad IT domain experience preferably in following IT areas: Oracle EBS financials, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferredExperience implementing IT projects for finance stakeholders in a global environment preferredDemonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.Must have hands on experience in authoring functional Design document and possess high problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or related fieldOneStream Certified Associate Administration Certification OR OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect CertificationEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
