Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instruction on new assignments.ResponsibilitiesDrive Global policies to regions and Data Center facilitiesData Center Leadership, and Safety Leads: Focuses on implementation of plan within regionEnsures compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety local, state, and federal regulationsPerforms site audits/inspections and monitors Environmental, Health and Safety performance for a group of Data CentersWork on corrective actions and closures of audit findingsWorks closely with Data Center Management and Staff to enhance our Culture of SafetyDevelops reporting, analyzes trends, and makes recommendations to modify and improve practicesProvides ongoing monitoring of implemented programWorks with cross functional teams to determine root cause and corrective actions needed in incident investigations. Ensures that incidents are reported and investigated using proper root cause analysis methodsOrganizes and conducts safety training as needed and provides leadership for community of Safety LeadsQualificationsUndergraduate education in Environmental Engineering/Science or safety/health related education.
