Business Intelligence AnalystThe roleAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will contribute to building and maintaining reporting and analytical assets within the Customer Support scope, being proficient in Salesforce Analytics, SQL, MS Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Gain an understanding of the customer support landscape and think critically about addressing future needs. You will collect and analyze data, leveraging observations, trends, and reports to propose improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements and challenges, counter-propose ideas, and advocate for change.
