Job Summary: This is a 12 month contract role. Delivers HR administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team to staff, managers and internal HR colleagues and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region or client group. The role will primarily focus on more simple TA Delivery activities such as interview scheduling and CV filtering, under direction.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Interview ProcessCoordinates debriefing schedulesFollows instructions to assist with full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processesSchedules candidate interviews & logisticsResponsible for composition of role descriptions, with guidance from recruiterResponds to basic queries from employees, managers and external institutesMaintains the candidate database on the candidate tracking systemProvides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progressEnsures compliance with requisitionsCollaborationPartners with the recruiter(s) and hiring manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experienceResponds to basic queries and requests from line managers/employees on various TA related queriesSupports team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basisOnboardingMay coordinate new employee completion of Form I-9Ensures appropriate handover to HRSS for on boarding processesUpholds compliance with all legal and professional standardsContractsFollows instructions to process agency agreementsProvides assistance to more senior staff on general contract administrationQualificationsThis is a contract role for 12 months with possible extension.1+ years experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBilingual (French/English)This is a Hybrid role.Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
