The ability to effectively communicate with Clients, Engineers, and Management will ensure a successful career with our growing team  Your deliverables as Business Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following: Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors. You own and maintain the quality of large features/products/services, including their end-user experience and impact.  Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take. Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed. Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas. Identify bottlenecks in run time and should be able to eliminate the same. You establish predictability and notify stakeholders about any delays, changes in release cycles, sprint plans, etc. during execution. You should be able to deliver solutions, despite not having all the possible pieces of information and should be able to manage unanticipated changes. Required Skills And Experience  BTech, MCA, or MTech in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent). 1+ years of experience in Banking and Finance domain as BA. Experience in Account Opening/Online Banking product will be advantage. Good understanding of the end-to-end system development life cycle approach used with the different products and services we support. Good understanding of agile methodologies. Ability to engage with customers to obtain a thorough understanding of business requirements for a system update. Produce comprehensive solution designs (using templates) for development work requested. Some technical skills to access and utilize technical tools use to obtain / manage data and validate processes. Ability to identity the potential impact of a change across all system functions and services to consider all the updates that may be required Complete a high-level checkout of new functionality (where applicable) in a non-production environment.
