This role is crucial to ensuring Adobe has a unique offer to deliver on this value proposition such that we are the preferred system.What You Will DoReporting to the business unit leader for Adobe Workfront, this Principal Product Manager will own the strategy and product roadmap that global marketing agencies and consulting firms use to manage and coordinate their work and ultimately connect the work to the financials for accurate reporting and invoicing. This role will work collaboratively with key customers to clearly understand a unique competitive advantage Adobe can build become the preferred system.We're looking for a hands-on leader who can craft and communicate a compelling vision, but also work across many teams, product managers, and other business functions to bring that vision to life in customer value realization.ResponsibilitiesLead by crafting a vision and product strategy to iteratively improve and iterate on the current solution today.Be an inspiring leader in the collaborative work management space and be able to interact with key strategic customers in a co-development strategy to demonstrate value delivery.Inspire and collaborate with product managers to craft and deliver on pivotal initiativesPrioritize those needs to improve customer satisfaction, business, and strategic valueTranslate market needs into product requirements, product strategies, and prioritized roadmaps that increase market penetration and customer retentionBe the authority on enterprise requirements and integrations while inspiring and learning from customersRequired Experience and Skills:Deep knowledge of the how global marketing agencies and consulting firms operate along with the technology they use today to run their day to day operations.Proven track record of building phenomenal product experiences in an enterprise SaaS environment, ideally in project management, and/or work management softwareExcellent communication and organizational skills with all levels of staff, including executivesAble to translate strategy into easily understood tactical plans for engineers and GTM teamsData- and customer-centered approach to product managementUnderstanding of the applications that enable Agile ways of working.Minimum 8+ years product management experience identifying, building, and launching cloud and service solutions, preferably in the work management spaceMinimum 3+ years leading product managersMBA preferredAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,300 -- $256,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
