As a Software Engineer in the Predictive routing team, you will be designing and developing high quality software to deliver key features of the Product roadmaps.At Genesys you can expect a culture that is creative, vibrant, and innovative. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scale, security, and usability. We write code in Java & Python and work with many AWS technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high quality, efficient, testable software to implement key product features.Bring features all the way through the Design, Test, Deploy, Maintain cycle.Understand the overall architecture of the system and the wider ecosystem.Actively participate in team code reviews.Apply processes appropriately for data security, traceability, and information sharing.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a globally extended team.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
