This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and an excellent customer service mindset to interact with diverse staff at all levels internally and externally. This role will report directly to the SVP, Operations, and dotted line to the CIO.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level support to two senior executives and their VP-level direct reports and manage their complex, ever-changing calendarsAssess the urgency and importance of situations and take appropriate action to determine the necessary level of senior management involvementPlan and execute complex meetings, including communicating meeting details to members, arranging meeting venue and equipment/catering needs, work with others to prepare agenda, ensure relevant materials are ready for meetings and/or review, providing day-of-event support, etc.Create and revise complex PowerPoint presentations; incorporate content from multiple contributors; drafts, reviews, and edits content to deliver a cohesive final and accurate documentWork diplomatically with contributors to negotiate timely delivery of administrative deliverables and appropriately escalate issues to ensure deadlines are metProvide travel support including making travel arrangements, preparing trip itineraries, gathering receipts, and submitting for reimbursement, and/or maintaining records for filing personal taxes, as applicableAssist in the budget administration process, invoice administration and monthly credit card reconciliationAnticipate potential schedule or other conflicts and take appropriate action to ensure outcomes are consistent with objectivesImplement, interpret, and apply current administrative policies and proceduresMinimum Requirements:8+ years of corporate experience as an Executive AssistantMust have experience supporting a C-level ExecutiveHigh level of diplomacy and confidentialityThorough knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to get along with all levels of managementTeam playerIndependent workerGrace under fireDesirable Skills:Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityDemonstrate ability to work effectively with others and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communications skillsOutstanding customer service skillsWork experience demonstrating the ability to exercise a high degree of discretionAbility to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and effectively handle changing prioritiesHighly organized and ability in managing multiple work assignments simultaneouslyAbility to work both independently, with guidance and direction from manager, or as part of a team as the situation requiresExercises independent judgment when making decisions on matters of significanceProficiency in keyboarding with outstanding spelling, proofreading, punctuation and grammarComputer proficiency and advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, preferably 2013), Google, Adobe Acrobat Professional and other applications#LI-RemoteIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
