Strategic Alliance Programs Training & CommsDescription -Criteria: Four-year university students who are working in a non-technical internship role during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.Education and Experience Required: High School Degree 4th Year of University completed--typically a non- technical degree specialization.Position: Communications and Strategy Intern (12-month duration)Department: Strategic Alliance Marketing Programs Communication & TrainingReports to: Head of Strategic Alliances Marketing Programs OperationsThe primary goal of the Communications and Strategy Intern is to support the organization's communication initiatives, contribute to the design and execution of communication strategies, leverage technology for enhanced communication, and assist in the deployment of internal training through Strategic Alliance Programs. Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and understanding of internal training programs.2. Research and integrate modern technological tools to boost the effectiveness of communication efforts.3. Collaborate with the Strategic Alliance Programs team to ensure seamless deployment and communication of training modules.4. Produce communication materials such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and other digital content that align with the organization's brand and mission.5. Engage in feedback loops with employees, collecting data to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommending improvements.6. Stay abreast of the latest trends in corporate communication and technology, suggesting innovative solutions for adoption.Skills & Qualifications Required:1. Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.2. Technology-Savvy: Familiarity with modern communication tools, platforms, and software.3. Strong Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging written content.4. Strategic Thinker: Aptitude for designing and executing communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.5.
